4. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee as detailed in your specific agreement.

6. Intellectual Property All materials, including books, resources, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Compass Communication Group. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability Compass Communication Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
8. Modifications to Services We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time. Notice will be provided when possible.
9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Maryland and Virginia. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Maryland and/or Virginia.
